Available. There are two types of Fibre Glass material one with Acrylic & one with Urea Formaldehyde. There will be approximately 20 tons per week of this product available. It comes in varying degrees of weight per square meter on a load from 22 grms pms to 120 grms pms. The rolls vary in diameter up to 1.5 meters and vary in width from 50mm upto 2.6 meters The loads would be of assorted weights and sizes and of assorted Acrylic and Urea Formaldehyde of the glass fibre matting.. Please be aware that these items can not be split and come as a mixed batch. Hi Cube Containers hold appx 8 MT. The smaller rolls and 1 meter rolls may come in pallet boxes or palletized loose. As you can see from the pictures some of the rolls are miss rolled or coned. The rolls may also have breakages along the length, deviations in gram weight especially at the beginning of the roll and occasionally in its length.
Known uses for the materials are in the manufacture of Roof tiles, Carpet, Vinyl floor tiles, External roofing, Ceiling tiles, Fire rated Fibre boards, wall boards, manufacture of roofing felt and headlines for cars also ideal for Horticultural and agricultural purposes due to its good dispersion properties and in the manufacture of mosaic tiles and the tiling industry. In the smaller diameter rolls the material is used for pipe strengthening and lagging,
