We offer roll forming machine with following detail:
no of stations 12.
shaft size 60 mm.
power required 15 hp with ac , with two gear box one for the first six station and another for next section
all bottom rolls power driven . And at 4th and 8th station top also driven.
the un coiler is manually collapsible and expandable by the gears and sixer mechanism .
sheet entry guide with adjustable width
strainer with swivel mechanism
all bearing and bushes are stander make .
all other parts of the machine properly fabricated, stress relieved, machined and assemble to achieve max out put.
