XR series is an ideal equipment widely applied in piling constructions, featuring reason-able design, compact structure, convenient operation, high reliability, powerful performance and wide application.
XR200 Performance Characteristics:
The special chassis of the drill designed and fabricated with advanced design method has a super stability and high structural strength. The heavy hydraulic extensible crawler is easy to transport with superior tractive performance.
The high performance hydraulic main and auxiliary winches designed to install in the slewing platform of the drill is provided with convenient operation.The main winch can fall stably, which can ensure the synchronization of the advance rate of the drill and the wire rope of the winch.
The PLO realize the automatic and manual regulation of the perpendicularity of the drill mast, automatic detection and alarm of the pressure at each key point, real-time detection of the depth of the borehole, dynamic and digital display,auto/manual lift and fall of the drill mast, and color liquid crystal screen.
The patented parallelogram luffing mechanism can operate in a large area. The drill mast, which is designed in box structure and made of the materials with high strength, has good intensity and rigidity, guaranteeing the drilling accuracy. The hinge is provided with the bearing exempt from lubrication, and can work .|. freely.
