We are pleased to offer, Top Quality, Cost effective and Flexible Japanese make Zipper, suitable for making Zipper pouches, Zip-log pouches, Stand-up pouches, used in various Food packaging industries
Unique features are;-
1. Three layers Lamination on zipper make the product very unique and universal and fit for every specification and bag making machines.
2. Available 3 layers laminated zipper in two varieties;
a. Polyethylene sealant applicable zipper, thickness 92 micron, width 120 mm
Weight 4.35 gram/meter, LLDPE / PET / LLDPE Lamination.
b. Polypropylene sealant applicable zipper, thickness 72 micron, width 120 mm,
Weight 3.95 gram/meter, CPP / PET / CPP Lamination.
3. Since, PET film are used as base film, there is no stretch during bag making process, and There are no shrink due to cooling after bag making process. PET has heat resistance, hardly elastic and No wrinkle on film.
4. This converter friendly zipper can be printed, base film is laminated specially for printing Purpose, versatile designs can be applicable to zipper for various convenient uses.
5. Easy to open from out-side and difficult to open from inside, it will be very good for filling Machine, especially for Stand-up pouches. Aptitude for low temperature seal. Faster bag making speed.
6. Manufactured by special thin zipper, can be attached freely to any pouches, thus finish Product will be flat and will be promising beautiful display.
