Ami supply ceramic membrane filter & device to various industrial applications, such as foodstuffs, beverage, additive, bio-curatorial, aminophenol ferment, nucleic acid ferment, fine chemicals, chemosynthesis, chemical and curatorial intermediate, water treatment and environmental engineering.
I. Advantages of the ceramic membrane filter:
Good chemical stability, wide ph range, good resistance to acid, alkali, organic solvent.
Narrow aperture distributing, high separation efficiency, stable process effect.
High temperature resistance, regenerated by steam bounce-back process, steam disinfection.
Good mechanical strength, well regeneration, easily operated, long working life.
Ceramic membrane component:
Subject to the aperture, there are microstraining pipe and ultrafiltration pipe.
Subject to the channels, there are single channel and multiple channels.
Available membrane aperture:
1.2 m, 0.8 m, 0.5 m, 0.2 m, 0.1 m, 50 nm, 20nm, 10nm, 4nm
Membrane material: zro2, al2o3, tio2
Length: 240mm 1200mm
Compression strength: 1.0 mpa
Applicable ph value: 0-14
Applicable temperature: -10 to 150 c
