| Description |
Our twin-screw plastic extruder is a high efficient compounding-extruder. It has small shear rate, not easy to decompose, uniform plasticizing and compounding, high productivity, good quality, good self clean, long using life.
PVC powder can be extruded directly with good effect.
It adopts auto temperature control, vacuum exhaustion, oil cooling the core of screw ,the barrel cooling mode has two ways of wind and oil. The main and feeding motor adopt frequency conversion timing system and director current conversion system.
This extruder is used widely, equipped with some relevant screw die-auxiliary unit then you can directly get pipe plate film hollow profile and other plastic products from thermoplastic plastic powder thermoset plastic powder and modified plastic powder.
