We offer animal (jelly) glue superset.
Technical data sheet - davis superset
Application: cardboard converting .
Rigid boxes. Laminating with or without folded edges.
Inner lining
Machines: crathern smith - emmeci and similar.
Characteristics:
Colour: light amber. Transparent in use.
60 c. - undiluted
Viscosity: 420 - 480 mpa.S at ***** rvf - 20 rpm - sp. 2
Refractovalue: 58 -60% at *****
Open time: medium.
Tack: direct.
Application temp.: 55 to 60 c. At the glue rollers.
Dilution: recommended start dilution : add 3 to 5 % of warm water.
Dilution depends on the application, the materials used and the atmospheric conditions. Thread forming only occurs when the temperature is too low and/or when the solid content is too high. In this case, increase the temperature and/or dilute.
Cleaning: with warm water. A silicone spray on the machine parts will make the cleaning easier afterwards.
Packing: 10 pillow packs per carton.
Average weight per carton: +/- 25 kg.
36 cartons on one pallet.
Storage: store in a cool and dry place. (max. 20 c.)
Shelf life: 6 months in its original closed packing.
See expiration date stamped on the cartons.
Premelting: this glue can be pre-melted at a temperature of max. 55 c. During longer machine interruptions, the temperature has to be lowered to avoid excessive evaporation and burning.
