We offer Chemical Machinery.
BATCH CAPACITY: AS PER REQUIRED
SIZE: AS PER BATCH CAPACITY
BLADE (ARMS): 02 NOS.. Heavy duty Z Blade made of Stainless steel casting of AISI SS- 304. Both blade is rotating in opposite direction & Knead at varied speed in close condition.
BEARING/HOUSING: Both Blade are run on Pedestal Types bearing mounted on end plates of blade shaft.
GEAR BOX: ZEC Oil bath worm reduction gear box, all shaft made of En-8 Steel, derived through V-Belts having underneath motor drive.
GLAND SHILL: Necessary arrangement fitted with Teflon Asbestos gland packing is provided to Ensure any leakage of oil into the Soap Materials.
POWER/DRIVE: IS standard Electric Motor through V belts
TILTING: Bottom Discharge through hand mechanism system with stainless steel suite.
BODY: All Steel fabrication and free of vibration Integrate single body.
SWITCH BOARD: Machines operate switch board with load AMP. Meter. But without starter.
