| Description |
Flat plate solar water heaters for domestic and industrial applications, manufactured adhering to the quality norms of MNRE. Guaranteed performance through out the year. Solar flat plate collectors with chrome black coating using NALSUN technology collect thermal energy from light radiation to heat up the water to 65 to 85 degree centigrade. The header is enclosed in Anodized aluminium frame to resist correction. The bottom insulation is of rock wool arrests heat loss. The top of the collector is fitted with toughened glass sheet of thickness about 4mm which insulates the collector. The stainless steel tank with 100mm thick puff insulation around it retains the heat of the water to 48 hours.
Every system comes with a sacrificial anode fitted in the tank to protect the tank from corrosion. The stand is of MS, powder coated. Solar water heater are proved to have the fast pay back of investment cost. System capacity varies from 100 LPD (Liters Per Day) to any size, depending on the utility. Preheating of boiler feed water with solar water heating system s is an energy saving activity in many chemical industries today.
