Supertherm MC is a sensitizer for heat-sensitive recording materials.

Application:
Supertherm MC is a Ready-to-use milled acqueous dispersion is designed for making thermal papers. It offers the advantages of direct incorporation into the thermal coating formulation without any milling.
Excellent cost-effectiveness
Can be used with most color former / color developer combinations
The performance can be enhanced by careful choice of base substrate. When selecting base papers, surface properties such as water hold out, porosity and smoothness should be assessed since the characteristics of the substrate can have a significant effect on image density.
The optimum coat wt varies depending on the required image density, but is generally in the range of 0.7 1.5 g/m2 of dry coating.
The product can be diluted in any ratio with water in order to control the applied coat weight.
