We offer Vertical Type Air Compressor with the following product specification:-
SGN Construction Features:-
Casing & side plate: Made of C.I. Grade 20/25 with sturdy construction and its ribbed design for faster dissipation of heat generated by compression of air inside the casing.
Gears: Spur/Helical are made out of alloy steel duly hardened to ensure perfect timing of rotars.
Rotars & Shafts: Dynamically balanced, carefully calculated involute profile of rotars with alloy steel shaft to ensure maximum volumetric efficiency with minimum absorbed power.
Lubrication: By splash at gear end, embodied by the compressor casing to ensure positive supply of oil gears & bearings.
Sealing: By high quality oil seal to restrict leakage of oil thus ensuring oil free air.
Installation: In horizontal/vertical direction depending upon the requirement of the usage.
