We are pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the leading Forging Units, situated at Aji Vasahat GIDC, RAJKOT, city in Gujarat State (INDIA.)
POLLEN FORGE was incorporated in the year 2008 to supply quality- Open Die forged products to the manufacturers of Heavy Duty Forged Auto components, and other OEMs.
We are managed by well qualified and experienced professionals having deep understanding of forging industry. We have complete In-house facilities for production, testing and supply of all types of forgings from prototype development to machined finished components.
Our production capacity target is 1800 Metric Tons for the very first year 2009. We source our raw materials from approved steel plants such as RINL, ISSAL, MUSCO, and TISCO etc. All incoming Raw materials are checked thoroughly in our Chemical Lab, by qualified metallurgists. Our qualified & experienced team of professionals achieved quality-working conditions at all levels (Design, Tool room management & execution) of operations.
