Cabin System: 1) Wallboard: EPS (epispastics polystyrene) colorful steel skin panel, 50mm Thick, tongue & groove style, compound construction, anti-flame and heat-insulation, galvanized steel roof panel.2)Basement: galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe assembling, grid and embossed plate floor, two embossed steel ramps.
2. Circulation System: 2 Inlet fans and outlet fan for option. Air volume:24000m3/h; air speed: 0.35m/s; air recycling times:280times/h.
3. Purification system: Dual filtering structure, the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10 m. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 4m. Its filtering rate reaches 98%, air pressure gauge,tsp1.4mg/m3.
4. Heating System: Italy Riello G20 Diesel Burner, 180000Kcal/h, 10N Damp Motor. SUS304 stainless steel heat exchanger, argon arc welding. Max Temp:80,Heating Time: 4-6min(20-60), Fuel Consumption: 4-5kg/vehicle.
5. Lighting System:Ceiling Light: 24 pcs 36w Phillips Lamp; Bottom Light: 16 pcs 36w Phillips Lamp,900Lux.
6. Controlling System: spray & baking switch, light switch, emergency stop, breakdown alarm.
