| Description |
Epoxy soybean oil is a light yellow oily liquid, able to be dissolved in such organic solvents as benzene, cyclohexane, acetone ethyl acetate, with folding resistance, and can improve impact resistance of PVC products.
Epoxy soybean oil, as a kind of PVC plasticizer with no odor and toxicity, is quite stable in light and heat environment, with a molecular weight around 1000, which is much higher than those of common plasticizers. So it is volatile resistant and uneasy moving and dissipation in PVC products. Such features are good for keeping products stability from light and heart and expanding products life.
It is mainly applied in the following PVC products: electric wire material, sheath material, film, board plate, bar section, sheet, soft curtain, antiskid cushion, PVC toy, shrink film, casting film, aluminum board, PVC slippers, floor leather, plastic wallpaper, special ink, tube material, various food packaging, medical infusion bag, infusion tube, etc.
It can also be added into medicament, cosmetic packaging, wallpaper, plastics, artificial leather, agricultural film, car seal and other daily necessities.
