We offer Biscuit Grinder.
Mechtech brings you hammer type biscuit comprises of two cast iron heavy pulverizing chambers which will have gyrating hammer impeller .
The impeller will impart a gyrating motion to the biscuit feed into the machine which will be pulverized into fine powder collected in container.Top hopper will be fabricated from ss fitted with easy removable magnet separator in the hopper.
Two nos screw conveyors will be provided
One horizontal screw conveyor will push broken biscuits to vertical screw conveyor with a seperate drive and another vertical screw conveyor will carry broken biscuits upwards and delivery to biscuits ginrder hopper where magnet will be provided to taken the iron particale.
All outer cover will be powder coated.
