We offer Trimix Flooring Machines & Dewatering Vacuum System with following detail:
The floor construction has been one of the serious concerns of Architect, Engineers and users. A high quality concrete floor need not only be leveled it should also have a high compressive strength, minimum dusting at bare minimum cost.
(A) Double Beam Screed Board Vibrator: Vibro screed is used for the leveling as well compaction of concrete if consists of high quality M.stee bar (4.2 Meter) with spacing of 250 mm in between. Special water protective vibrator motor is mounted in the center which produces 1830 N centrifugal force which is most ideal for compaction of green concrete. They are also available in different size from 2 meter to 5.5 meters.
(B) De-Watering Vacuum System: This is the core of the system. A continuous discharge vacuum pump is complete self contained unit. The unit is mounted on a transportation trolley 24 Sq.meter freshly laid concrete can be Dewatered in one single operation with one set mat. (filter Suction & Top Mat)
Specification: :Length 1200 mm Width 500mm height 800 mm weight (approx) 110 Kgs Maxi. Dewatering Capacity 48 Sq.Mt with primi mover 7.5 HP Electric motor
(C) Power Floater: It is surface grinding equipment powered by 3 HP Electric Motor through gear Box with floating RPM of 130. It grinds the surface to make it wear resistance. Dish Dia 1000 mm & Tks. 5 mm
(D) Power Trowel: It is surface Finishing equipment powered by 3 HP Electric Motor through gear Box with troweling RPM of 135. It polishes the surface after floating operation and 3 to 4 passes are required for giving fine finish to the floor. Blade Dia 1000 mm & Tks. 2 mm.
