| Description |
We offer Dual Action Hand Spray Gun DJ-10-300.
The spray gun works in two steps. Partially pressing the handle releases moderate air blast which is for blowing scales and cleaning the die. Pressing the handle completely gives out spray of die coat.
The air is needed at pressure between 2 to 5 Kg/cm2. The die coat can be supplied using gravity feed arrangement or pressure feeding arrangement. For gravity feed, keep the die coat container at least 10-12 feet above the spray gun level. If using pressure feeding arrangement the liquid pressure can be set above 0.2 Kg/cm2. To get the effective spray and to avoid backing out of die coat, depending on the die-coat supply pressure, the supply air pressure may need to be reduced. This can be done by using air pressure regulator. This pressure adjustment is especially necessary for gravity die coat feeding since the die coat is fed at very low pressure. In addition, the liquid pressure may be adjusted along with air pressure to get proper spray.
The Dual Action Hand Spray Gun DJ-10 comes with different lengths of aluminium straight pipe to suit the requirement. e.g. DJ-10-300, DJ-10-450 etc. The length of the aluminium pipe should be selected considering the size of machine, size of die and the distance between operator and the die. The aluminium pipe is interchangeable and can be changed on the shop floor in a few minutes.
Our DJ-10 model has a variant DJ-10PF which has a 14mm hexagonal nozzle. The standard DJ-10 has 25mm square nozzle. The DJ-10PF is suitable for dies with narrow & restricted opening. The DJ-10PF model requires pressure feeding arrangement for getting proper spray. All other features of DJ-10 are also available in DJ-10PF model.
