| Description |
We offer SRZ radiator which is a heat exchanger for heating air with thermal medium of steam,hot water, and also high temperature heat conduction oil. It's widely used for cooling and heating air in weaving, printing and dyeing(e.g., setting machine, drying machine, calico printing machine), chemical fiber, rubber, foodstuff, chemical industry, metallurgy application, pharmacy, plastic leather(spreading machine, compound machine, coating machine, gelatinize machine, guniting machine, printing machine), mechanism and timber industries.
The fin tubes of SRZ Radiator all use 212.0mm no seam steel tubes circled with 15 0.3mm corrugation steel strip in screw shape. The distance between pins has 3 types: 5mm (D),6mm(Z)8mm(X). The materials are steel tubes circled with steel pins and stainless steel tubes circled with stainless steel pins. The pressure of thermal medium is 2.0MPa. And its working temperature is under 300.
SRZ Radiator is made up of three rows of crossing screw fins bundle with air floating direction. The pin tubes are made of no seam tubes circled with cold rolling steel belt in mechanical method. And then galvanized on surface. The interface between radiator and the fins is wide and tight. So the thermal transmission is good. It's stable and cauterization durable. Also it's handsome in appearance. It's easy in fixing and managing and long life using.
