| Description |
We offer industry standard ERW precision tubes. Made of quality material, the tubes are appreciated for long service life, durability, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and others. The range is also offered to our esteemed clients as per their specific requirements.
Specific characteristics of the ERW precision tubes are following:
* Tolerances: Outside Diameter Pipes size upto & including 1/2 inches + 1 - 0.4mm + 1 -1 %, pipe size 2 inches or above
* Thickness: -12.5% (max)
* Weight: + 1 -10%
* Testing: +1 - 0.4mm
Being quality focused company; we offer the ERW precision tubes which are passed through following testing:
Bend Test For Pipes upto & including2 inches: Bending angles 90, bending radius 12 times to the OD of tubes (no crack in body & weld.)
Flattening Test for pipes over 2 inches :
1. Flatten upto 2/3 of OD for ductility of weld
2. Flatten upto 1/3 of OD for ductility of steel
3. Full Flattening for testing of lamination
