| Description |
Our highly durable rigid steel conduit pipes are fabricated of high grade hot rolled and cold rolled steel and cutting edge technology. Garnered with features such as dimensional accuracy, durability, corrosion resistance, free from leakage and others, the range is used for internal & external electrical installation in factories, power generation stations and buildings. Entire array is presented with following dimensions and other features:
Sizes: Outside diameter From 16 mm to 63 mm, wall thickness from 1.4 mm to 2.2 mm, length from 3 mtrs to 5 mtrs
Pipe ends: Both sides threaded with one Coupling and on plastic cap
Surface finish: 1) Black stoved Enamel (inside as well out side),
2) Hot Dipped Galvanised (inside as well as outside)3) Pre Galvanised Conduits.
Production standards: Confirming to IS -9537 Part 2, BS-4568 Part 1, Class 3 , Class 4
Packing: Bundles are totally covered by Bitumen Hessian cloth
Inspection: Mill's certificate or inspection by an independent agency
Tests performed: Flattening test, bending test and compression test
