| Description |
We offer wide range of precision engineered square and rectangular sections. The products are produced as "cold-formed" from hot-rolled and semi-bright (pickled hot-rolled and cold-rolled) steel. Featured with durability, dimension accuracy, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and others, the range is variety used in civil engineering, construction, machinery, agricultural equipment, conveyors, cranes, marine and containers.
Cited below are some of the features of the hollow sectioned products:
Sizes: 12 x 12mm to 100 x 100mm in squares. 15 x 25mm to 80 x 120mm in rectangular, From 0.8mm to 4mm Upto 8 mtrs (26ft)
Surface finish: Black (self-colored and semi-bright), Outside mill protective coating
Production standards: Conforming to IS-4923 & equivalent international specification ASTM A500, BS-6323
Packing: Bare bundles unless special packing (jute, hessian cloth, etc.) is requested
Inspection: Mill's certificate or inspection by an independent organization authorized by the customer
Tests performed: As required by the standards
The above range can also be offered with various dimensions & thickness other than specified as per client requirement.
Tolerances of our products include following:

* Thickness: 8%
* Corner Radius: 3T - Max
* Squarness of Corners : 90 2
* Flatness : 1%
