Deem sensing technologies private limited is manufacturing thermistor sensor for air-conditioner application.
Our epoxy encapsulated thermistors will operate in the range of -30c to +85c range. The storage temperature can be -40c to +85c. All the sensors are passed 2000 hours water immersion test, and thermal shock test from -40c to +80c.
These thermistor sensor assembly are available with 0.1c tolerance. All our products are highly reliable. Our special grade epoxy formulation is giving the long life from moisture.
Resistance @25c : 2000 ohms to 100000 ohms
Tolerance : 0.1c onwards
B- value : 3300 to 4800k
Tolerance : 0.75% to 2.0%
Response time : vary from 3 sec max to 10 sec max under cooling water.
Insulation resistance : minimum 100 m ohm at 500 vdc.
Wire gauge : 28awg to 22 awg (multi strands)
Wire length : as per customer requirement.
Coating diameter : 3.5mm to 8.0mm max.
Coating length : vary from 8.0mm max to 25.00mm max.
Product warranty : 5 years from the date of invoice. (unless other wise specified).
