| Description |
We offer Online Meter Mix Dispensing Machine.
Standard Features include: Ratio capability over a 1:1 to 10:10 range; ability to interchange dispense cylinders to change ratios; Volumetric capacity of up 05gms. to 70 gms. per cycle (ratio dependent); built in outputs to allow automatic actuation of any type of external dispense valve, static mixing of the two component materials (electrical driven dynamic mixing available); footswitch or external cycle initiation; and an adjustable, multi position volume control assembly that allows 4 different operator set dispense volumes to be set and selected. This volume control includes a fifth, factory set position which allows the maximum volume the system is capable of dispensing to be dispensed each time its actuated. This feature allows rapid priming of the system. The standard system can handle any unfilled or filled two part material over a water-like to paste-like range. Material reservoirs (which are ordered separately) range from a few ounce capacities to over 55 gallons depending on your application. Services required to operate this machine are 415 VAC (all internal voltages a 24vdc) and 5 -7 kg/cm2 air. The machine meets all applicable CE standards.
