Stead Fast Engineers is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of Medium Frequency Melting Induction Furnaces of capacity 50Kgs to 5000Kgs.
Magnetic Yoke manufactured is made from Electrically Imported CRGO Sheet & Hydraulically Pressed (Bus bar side) in Water Cooled & Non-Water Cooled type, Welded/Bolt type, specification as per the drawing.
They are compressed packets made out of CRGO steel strips, used around the Copper coil to direct flux to the center of the coil and minimize losses due to loss of flux and heating of the structure.
Salient Features:-
1. Made out of premium grade CRGO imported steel.
2. They are compressed hydraulically to the obtain maximum density.
3. They are quality checked for 100% insulation and minimal losses.
4. They can be custom manufactured for any given specification and design, e.g. Welded type and Bolt type for any capacity and make of the furnace.
