We offer S.S. Forged Rings. Specialized in hot rolled rings forging and closed die steel forgings, rahil industries had been supplying to many industries like automotive, Earth moving equipment, Bearing industries, Power transmission & textile industries both in India and overseas, The company annual production capacity is 2500 tons. The production facilities of the company in which are built on 2200 sqm area, cover 1000 sqm. closed area, They are equipped with modern screw presses, ring rolling machines, power presses, and eccentric presses to produce close-tolerance forged parts with a weight rang of 0.3 kg. To 10 kg, supplied in plain carbon steel, alloy steel, Non ferrous metals and stainless steel.
S.S. Forged rings for metal gasket
These rings are manufactured in different solid metal types
like soft iron, SS304 / 316 / 321, metal and other alloy items.
They are used to stand high pressure and temperatures and are
employed where corrosive agents are present. They are obtained
by ring rolling and forging process, and are employed in the
production and refining process of oil and chemical industries.
