We offer Fabric Air Duct Durkeesox Installed in huge areas .
1,During the Air-conditioning Durkeesox system is on operation, the static pressure direction is upright against the fabric duct. If making micro-openings on the surface of the fabric sox ,the air will be dispersed to outside due to the static pressure difference.
Therefore, the velocity data and direction is not only depended on the static pressure ,but also the dynamic pressure velocity in the sox duct system. There will be an offset for the actual velocity.
For the constant diameter sox duct system,we can get the schematic velocity dispersion.
The airflow reduce gradually along the length direction of sox duct from the inlet to the end.while the dynamic pressure reduce ,the static pressure will increase gradually.the result is that the micro-opening velocity is more and more big from the inlet to the end.
The basic measure to realize uniform air dispersion
If we need the openings airflow is equal to each other, must make sure that every micro-opening static pressure and airflow coefficient are equal to each other for the constant diameter sox duct system. Beside of this ,it is better to make the airflow in the upright direction and keep is near to 900. We can realize these just through measures above.
1 Make sure every opening static pressure is the same,that is the dynamic drop is equal to the resistance drop for the sox duct system.
2 Make sure sox duct system every opening airflow coefficient is the same with each other.
Enlarge sox duct air dispersion angle
The more ratio between static pressure and the dynamic pressure in the sox duct system,the bigger air dispersion angle. The result is that the airflow is more close to upright direction.
But if the ratio is very small,although every opening airflow is the same ,we ca not reach the destination of uniform air dispersion. In conclude, only we keep the angle exceed 60 degree.
