We offer Oil Seeds & Edible Oils Processing Machinery with following detail:
1) Less Space required compared to conventional mills.
2) Pressure chamber Air Gap can be adjusted by one wheel which makes it unique as Compared to others mills. It is well know fact that Air Gap adjustments involves Personnel skill and time consuming process in conventional mills. This feature Makes the mill suitable for frequent change of seed material.
3) Provision for Heating the Seeds makes it suitable for
a) Higher Yields / Pass.
b) No necessity of making more than two pass as result higher yields possible.
4) As Moisture content can be controlled by heating the chamber it is very Advantageous to set the machine for better yields.
5) Also the viscosity & flow ability of oil can be controlled by heating the chamber,
6) In built vacuum filtration plant improves highly the quality of product.
7) Also filtration process is highly accelerated because of vaccum filtration pumps.
8) Power consumption is less compared to conventional mills.
9) The Dimension of Machine is Designed ergonomically so as to make it very easy to operate.
