| Description |
Hofmann is supplying wide range of High Alumina Ceramic Liner having size from 6mm thick to 50 mm thick. We also supply liner in standard sizes and pre-engineered wear resistant tiles in condition as per requirement in pastable and weldable quality. We also supply liner in Hex and square pattern liner mounted on PVC tape or Polyester mat to form flexible mats for installing on any shape, contour radius surface to make the surface wear and corrosion resistant.
Hofmann manufacture high alumina ceramic-lined products made from fine grain, high purity, alpha aluminum oxide, material almost diamond hard can be formed in a variety of pre-engineered standard and custom sizes and shapes. High alumina ceramic exhibits abrasion, corrosion, electrical, chemical, and erosion resistance. Alumina ceramics resist the effects of radiation that can destroy other materials. Alumina ceramic can have very high dielectric strength, high resistivity and low dielectric loss thus it is also use in insulators and electronic components. High Alumina Ceramics is the most mature of the engineering ceramics, offering excellent electrical insulation properties together with high hardness and good wear resistance. It has a high melting point, high hardness and high mechanical strength. Our high density alumina ceramic linings and tiles prevent destructive wear in conveying, processing, and storage equipment.
