Potassium perfsulfate is a white crystalline, odourless salt with the density of 2.477.It can be decomposed about 100C and dissolved in the water not in ethanol,and has strong oxidation.It is used to produce detonator,bleacher,oxidant and initiator for the Polymerization.It has the particular advantage of being almost non-hygroscopic,of having a good storage stability in normal temperature and of being easy and safe to handle.
Potassium persulfate is available in four different grades viz EP/LR/AR/ACS , EP can be used for bulk industrial applications where as the LR/AR/ACS are catalysts for critical applications and laboratory testing chemicals.
