Jarsons Metal is and ISO 9001:2000 organization certified by the Moody International Certification (Group), United Kingdom.
Currently Jarsons Metal has an installed Smelting Capacity of 6,000 metric tons per annum and is equipped with a Chemical Laboratory and a Spectrophotometer for high end material quality control.
The unit is registered as a preferred supplier with many of the leading Indian Battery Manufacturers and Chemical Manufacturers.
Jarsons Metal aims to meet the quality standards equivalent to the International specifications and is committed to keep the environment clean by adopting suitable techniques.
We currently have the following plant and machinery installed at our Vasai plant:
* Rotary Furnace with pollution-control plant
* Refining Crucible
* Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer
At our Vasai Plant, we manufacture the following types of Lead Ingots:
* 99.97% Min. Pure Lead
* Antimony Lead Alloy (PbSb)
* Selenium Lead Alloy / Low maintenance Lead Alloy (PbSe)
* Calcium Lead Alloy / Maintenance-free Lead Alloy (PbCa)
* Master Alloys of Calcium and Selenium
* Other Lead Alloys as per customised specifications
