We can supply OAO Tatneft Russian oils, Saudi Aramco,NNPC and others.
We have an allocation accreditation of BLCO granted by the Ministry of Petroleum Resources of Nigeria of 10 millions barrels per month (contract of one year with extension to 36 months). The gross discount is $7.00 with $4.00 as the net discount to buyer.
This allocation accreditation has been granted through a MPR mandated seller to a Korean company for Chinese refinery as en user.
The payment shall be made in US dollars and guaranteed by an irrevocable Proof of Fund by MT-760 issued in favor of the seller nominated bank. Such POF must be issued by a reputable bank acceptable to seller's nominated bank, in the amount corresponding to the 60% cost shipment.
The mandated seller has gave to the Korean company a deadline till today 15th April 2008 and the said Korean company at the present time is not able to perform with the Mt-760.
