Material: AISI D2 Steel, Vacuum Hardened, Plasma Nitrided and Cryogenic treated, Ground Finished. Interchangeable screws are mounted on a pre toughened shaft. The screw elements are of different pitch & shape for feeding, conveying mixing kneading and reverse pumping, internal shapes are involutes Spline & Key slot.
