ELBEE make hydraulic surface grinder have a bed type design in which the bed carrying the table and the upright are aligned exactly at right angles. The saddle is guided on hard ended and ground V-ways of EN-45 material resting on high precession steel balls of high carbon, high chrome with 5 micron accuracy for smooth operation.

All major casting are made of graded casting with annealing treatment to eliminate the internal stress and also with rids to give high stiffness and stability for all kinds of grinding jobs. The accuracy of the machine is as per ISI requirements. A test chart as per ISI requirements is also given along with the operation manual together with the inspection report done at our works.

The wheel head exactly at a right angle is mounted on a rigidly controlled vertical pillar supported by pre-loaded bearings grease packed of the best make which run in hardened and ground V-ways of EN-45.

ELBEE hydraulic surface grinders are fitted with a compact hydraulic power pack with an exclusively designed control unit incorporated within the body of the machine. Air in the system is expelled during of the machine automatically. The machine is lightly loaded with required pressure the filter etc. are accessibly located for easy maintenance.
