PU Rods:

Length: 300 mm to 1000 mm
Hardness:78A-90A or above 90A
Color: Natural Color or Red, Black or any color as per your requirements.
Application: They could be solid as well as hollow. The PU Rods are mainly used as Spring and Punch Mould functioning buffering or damping parts. As elastic parts, they are mainly used in the punching machine and other similar machines. They could not only protect the equipments but also assure the quality of the moulds. PU Rod also widely used in other industries.

Thickness: 1mm-15mm, above 15mm-60mm

Hardness: 78A-85A or 85A-90A
Color: Natural Color or Red, Black etc. colors
Application: They are widely used in Electronic Industry, Ceramic industry, Machinery Manufacture, Machine Processing etc. PU sheet with antistatic performance could be used in Electronic and Electric production lines
Properties
Polyurethane products produced by our company have excellent performances including corrosion, solvent, tear, ozone, radiation, oxidation, hydrolysis resistance, well anti-compression & shock-absorbing, high bending intensity and low permanent set of compression. Its prominent wearable performance is above 5 times more than natural rubber; oil resistance is 3-5 times more than Buna-N and compressibility itself with 65% resiliency under high temperature. Polyurethane product has a large scope of hardness (can adjust it from 15A to 98A) and strong adhesive with metal.
