Construction feature is Mild Steel Casing with Multi Hopper, Filter Bags, Automatic cleaning / Filtering of Bags through auto-senser Timer, air solenoid valve, air-blowing pipe lines etc. Whenever the Bag House in operation the compress air blowpipe are blowing the air inside the bags by pulse interval system in an ultimate air pressure. The pulse sequence is controlling by sequential timer, which is giving sense to Air Solenoid Valve.
In offline system of Bag House there will be a totally automatic system with a automatic bypass ducting. There should be provided PLC, PID Controller, Programmable Controller, Digital Temperature Meter and Actnator Damper.
The dust disposal arrangement is through Rotary Air Lock or by Screw Conveyor. Storage system maybe conveyor belt or material handling equipment.
The measuring of conditions of filter bag (in operation) could be shown by Mano Meter or by other instruments.

After installation of the device, there would not be any polluting particles in the plant or the surrounding atmosphere.
