APPLICATION

Suitable for slitting paper, Cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PVC etc.

FEATURES

1. Equipped with separated shaft type unwind base, auto web guide and auto unwind tension controller system and splice table.
2. Driven by connective 3 A.C motors, which is able to control tension on air shaft and linear speed on differential shaft.
3. Rewind type is as center winding, working with differential shaft to make the same tension on each finished roll even when the web is un-even at all.
4. Rwind 650mm model is with connected unloading rack, and rewind 800mm is with separated unloading rack.
5. Equipped with shear cutter, which is suitable for slitting various materials and trim unit is as strong blower.
6. All functions are operated under LCD touch panel control, which is operator friendly and easy for data setting.
7. Central control system is as PLC unit and all of electrical devices are compliant to the latest European CE regulation for safety operation.
OPTIONAL PARTS:
1. Unwind Pick-Up Lift: For loading jumbo roll on the machine quickly and time saving.
2. Splice Table: Vacuum type with splicing line 15 degree or 5 degree with inspection light table for saving materials loss.
3. Special Unwind Base: Separated type with shaftless hydraulic core chuck can be equipped for efficient and quick performance on jumbo roll change.
4. Separated unload rack: Able to unload the finished rolls on the upper rewind shaft easily.
