Our dry type transformers are built in accordance to international standards. Its core is built of cold rolled oriented grain steel with low specific losses, insulated on both sides by a thin inorganic coating. These core is made by fiberglass cylinders. Winding are dried in an oven and impregnated under vacuum by using class F/H insulating varnishes / Resin. Low voltage windings are made of copper strip or foil that ensure an excellent resistance to electrodynamic stresses, much higher than the one obtained with traditional elix windings.
