We offer Cnc Drilling Marking Machine. TAL2532 is ideal drilling and marking line for processing large section angles with Max. dimension 250mm x 32mm. This machine line composes of transverse conveyor with loading system, infeeding & Out feeding conveyor with overturn system, drilling unit, marking unit and hydraulic& electrical system.
Drilling Unit consists of 2 sets of spindle fixed separately on each side. Each one supports 3 sets of stepless adjusted drills driven by hydraulics. The bases movement is CNC controlled.
There are optional choice on Marking Unit: small size & big size. Small size one owns 4 groups characters and big size one has 1 group character. The marking stadia
can be set manually via computer.
The Marking System, Up-Holding system, and Drilling System are all driven by hydraulic. Main components of hydraulic system are all imported. The hydraulic station applying compulsory cooling system, who could guarantee the continuous and steady power exporting.

Friendly Operation and easy-programming. User can select manual input or send DXF. Drawings/ or DXTV. Drawings to the computer. Automatic measure function
guarantee the precision while processing.
