To overcome this hazard of Contamination and Infection KATALIST introduces user-friendly peg type "Shanti" earplugs. Here YOU DO NOT HOLD THE SURFACE AREA OF CONTACT. Instead, you hold the stem provided to insert the plug in place. The same hygienic material that is used for "LoBel" is used. It is non-porous & non-absorbing, avoids the absorption of any dirt and they are free from any allergies. Being conical in shape, they get adapted to any size of ear canal. Conversation is easily possible with earplugs on. A cord joins the pair.

The sponge type earplugs thus prove to be UNSAFE, if not used as disposable type. Sponge type earplugs are termed as "Disposable type" by their manufacturers and "Shanti" is "Reusable type" 100% INDIGENOUS product.
