The feeder works by taking up the sheet metal supplied by the decoiler or straightener and regulating the exact quantity that should be furnished to the press at all times. By using CNC technology (numeric computer control) the process can be parametrized so that it is possible to program maximum speed, acceleration / deceleration and with the position in either millimeters or inches.
