Centrifugal force from the spinning action of the basket of our machines "throws off excess water" oils, rines and paints, at the same time the basket creates a powerful suction that pulls air through the parts for added drying power. This double drying action assures fast drying and reduces the scarring and marring thus reducing costly rejects to give moisture free parts without water marks and stains. his Optional Soft Start Control provides a smooth, steeples reduced-voltage acceleration of the parts to minimize the scaring and scratching of delicate parts. All moistrue from the cup shaped or hollow parts can also be removed by reversing the rotation of the basket.

Our dryers can also be converted into chipweringers which spin the cutting oil from the chip (scrap) nuts, bolts etc. to give clean resalable chips.
