Resin Content: 60 +- 2 %
Gel Time in 65 % solution at 150 degree: 120 - 165 seconds
Melting Point: 60 - 75 degree C
Solubility: 100% soluble in Methanol
Viscosity at 25 degree C: 50 - 70 seconds in B - 4 Ford Cup
Shelf Life: 2 months at 25 degree C.
Burst Strength of filter paper after impregnation tested on 125- 130 GSM paper: 2.20 +- 0.20 kg/cm2
Density: 1.01 +- 0.03 g/cc
Note : For filter paper impregnation, Resol resin solution of 18 -21 % is recommended.
