It is anticorrosive epoxy primer suitable for steel surfaces. This primer has superior performance in highly corrosive and coastal atmosphere. It can be over coated with Epoxy, chlorinated rubber paint or Polyurethane top coats.
Product Specifications
Type epoxy polyamide type.
Mixing ratio primer 3 parts, hardner 1 part by volume.
Pot life 5 6 hours
Application by brush, spray or airless spray
Dry film thickness 25 30 microns per coat.
Covering capacity 10 12 sq. Meter / liter
Drying time surface dry : 15 20 minutes, tack free : 3 4 hours, hard dry : 24 hours
Finish matt to egg shell
Flexibility good
Chemical resistance acid / alkali / solventsalt / water very good
Over coating period minimum - over night, maximum - 10 days
Curing time minimum - 7 days
