1 Twin shaft forced mixer
Twin shaft forced mixer has a strong mixing ability with uniform mixing and high production.It suits to mix the dry hard, half dry hard,plastic and other recipes of concrete.
2 Main Shaft Transmission system
Small,efficient and reliable original gear reducer
3 Discharge Door
The discharge door is operated hydraulically by the built-in power unit. A manual lever allows the door to be opened if the power is off.
4 Greasing System
The greasing system adopts imported original components.Four shaft seals are lubricated automatically to guarantee the effect of shaft seals.
5 Host dust collector
In order to prevent cement dust from escaping when the mixer is filled, host dust collector with fan is fitted.
6 Weighing System
All weighing procedures are performed on the ultra-precise weigher's. They are extremely strong and reliable.
7 Water weighing, Additive Weighing
Water and additive are conveyed into the hoppers in the mixer tower. The pressurized water by a pump can spray out and mix with the materials rapidly in the mixer and wash the mixer thoroughly at the same time.
8 Bufferfly Valve
The imported bufferfly valves with good sealing speedy operation guarantee the weighing accuracy
9 Cement Conveyor
The cement weighter is fed by screw conveyor or use the wind to deliver the skewed slot,which guarantees the smooth convey.
