We offer Advance Queue Management System. AQMS has a simple three step process.
* Customer comes in and presses a button to print a Token No. for the service desired and waits in the customer lounge for his Token No. to appear on the Master Display.
* When his Token No. appears on the Master Display, he goes to the Counter displayed against his Token No. and gets served.
* After finishing with one customer, the ounter operator presses a button to serve the next customer in queue.
AQMS Supports 6 Service queues and 16 counters.
AQMS Makes your staff accountable
At the end of the day, just a press of a button generates a concise Efficiency Report for the day which shows
* Number of customers served by each counter
* Average waiting time of the customer at the branch.
