Hepalisa is designed for in - vitro qualitative detection of Hepatitis B Surface antigen (HBsAg) in human serum or plasma and is used as a screening test for testing of collected blood prior to transfusion. SALIENT FEATURES # Highly specific monoclonal anti-HBsAg are coated on the micro wells and uses a highly sensitive polyclonal anti HBsAg linked to Horseradish peroxidase(HRPO) to form a highly sensitive and specific assay.

It can be used with a variety of standard EIA equipments for both small and large batches. The micro wells provided in the kit are break away type which leaves the option of the number of wells required/used with the user and prevents contamination of unused wells. # The colour coding of the the reagents provided in the kit has been devised specifically for customer's convenience.
