INTENDED USE HCV microlisa is an in-vitro diagnostics test intended to be used as a screening test for blood donors, individuals at risk for HCV as well as for clinical diagnosis. SALIENT FEATURES It uses recombinant proteins with the sequence of both HCV structural and non-structural proteins i.e.Core, NS3, NS4 and NS5 representing immunodeficient epitopes for improved sensitivity, specificity and an ability for early detection of sero conversion following HCV infection. # The micro wells provided in the kit are breakaway type which leaves the option of the number of wells required/used with the user and prevents contamination of unused wells.

Hcv-microlisa # The colour coding of the reagents provided in the kit has been devised specifically for customer's convenience. # To prevent evaporation during sample incubation, Strip sealers have been provided in the kit. # Ready to use controls are provided to check for validation of each run. # Validation limits have been clearly defined which ensures customer's confidence in each run with regards to product quality and procedure followed.

A special zip lock plastic bag has been provided with dessicate to store unused wells to avoid their deterioration. # It may be used with a variety of standard EIA equipments. # TEST DURATION 90 minutes.
