The Brazilian Soybean grade #2 being supplied shall be fit for human consumption as per inspection certificate issued by SGS and shall meet the following specifications:
Protein: min 35 %
Oil content: 18.5 %
Test weight: min 54 % pounds per bushel
Moisture: max 13.5 %
Foreign material: 2 % max
Damaged kernels: total 3 % max
Heat damaged kernels: 0.5 % max
Soybean of other colors: 2 % max
Splits: 15 % max
At loading port a representative of SGS or any other International Surveyor will confirm and certify that Soybean grade #2

Packaging: 50 kg in polypropylene bags with polythene inner 2 % of empty bags supplied free of charge.
Survey: SGS or any International Surveyor on Sellers expense and certificate on weight and quantity will have to be provided as part if the shipping documents to be presented for negotiation of the L/C.
Shipments: 30/45 days from the date of the L/C delivered to Sellers bank.
Destination: ASWP port.
Inspection: SGS or any International Surveyor on Sellers expense.
Performance Bond: the Seller against the Buyer operative prime, guarantee will post a bond for 2 % for each shipment value on revolving basis.
Payment Instrument: FFRDLC, BG or SBLC, Irrevocable, transferable, divisible, issued or confirmed by Top 25 World Bank (European or American) payable 100% at sight.

Procedures:

1. Buyer submits a fresh LOI with banking coordinates and authrization to conduct a soft probe.
2. Seller issue FCO.
3. Buyer sends signs FCO with all information completed.
4. Seller issues Contract for Buyer's signature and Buyer returns signed Contract to Seller by Facsimile. Seller signs Contract and returns copy to Buyer by Facsimile. Buyer forwards signed originals by DHL or other Courier to Seller, Seller countersigns and returns copies of signed originals to Buyer by DHL or other Courier.
