One day = 24 Hrs. in which person spend average min 8 Hrs in Sleeping, eating and other activity.
Maximum Gutkha intake of the person is 20 No. of sachets in 16 Hrs.
1 Sachets is = 1.8 Gms. So total content 1.8 * 20 = 36 Gms.
If we calculate 2 % MgCo3 from above = 0.72 Gms. or 720 Mg. Out of 144 Mg Magnesium Carbonate Co2 liberates due to Hcl present In stomach so remaining 40% Mgo is = 57.6 Mg.
Out of 57.6 Mg. 50% is estract in urine and stool = 28.8 Mg. remaining In Adults Human Body 10 to 15 Ltrs Blood contents = 28.8 Mg.
So average Magnesium Contents per 1 Ltr of Blood is = 28.8/12.5 = 2.3 Mg. Which is in tolreble limit regarding to pharmacology.
