under following strict sales conditions:
Quantity: Minimum 100.000 mt, NO less. Maximum: 3.6 million mt.
Contract duration: up to 36 months, price should be revised.
Payment terms: FFDLC/BG/SBLC for total contract value, but money shall
be cased by Seller only month to month basis against accepted shipment documents by Buyer's bank, sight at loading port, not discharging port.
Bank MUST be TOP25 or any Bank with TOP25 CONFIRMATION, payment transferable, divisible, uncombed for total value contract.
Seller not accept DLC or DRLC as financial instrument.
Loading ports: Santos or Recife in Brazil.
P. Bond: 2%.
Inspection: SGS, Buyer allowed do inspection at loading port.
Delivery: 30-40 days after acceptation of financial instrument.
POP: after signed contract, ONLY via Bank-to-Bank interaction.
